If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately on 01227 367232 and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
Out of surgery hours our emergency services is provided by: VetsNow Herne Bay
We run a 24 hour hospital out of our Herne branch. Broadway will operate for all procudures and appointments during the day and in the evening the premisise will be taken over by Vets Now an emergency out of hours company.
This means we will have everything your animal needs to make sure we offer the best possible service 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
